After weeks of having car problems, I submitted an application to Mountville Motors in hopes of finding something more reliable and affordable. Almost immediately, I received a message from the General Manager. She explained that she was out of town but would be happy to set something up with me in the following few days. Due to circumstances out of her control, she wasn't able to meet with me the next day but she assured me that she would 100% take care of me. And that is ex...actly what Alyssa did. I showed up right after work with my old vehicle to trade in and we started the process immediately. I did not expect this process to go so quickly that I didn't think to bring some important documents. Alyssa kindly made a list of what she needed from me and we made plans for me to be there at opening the next morning. Within 30 minutes, I was driving away in my "new to me" vehicle. Thank you, Alyssa for making it such an easy process!

We currently have 2 vehicles from Mountville Motors and we have nothing but good things to say....both vehicles run well...normal maintenance is needed like oil changes and wear and tear repairs but other than that they are great to work with. Alyssa was able to help us into a 2nd vehicle which we needed in the worse way so my wife was able to have a vehicle at home for emergencies or so she could schedule appointments when I was working. They got me right in took care of two of the three problems which were minor and scheduled the third since it was getting late. The people are friendly and knowledgeable.
